the sensors are a fundamental part of refarm boards. we seek for low budget solutions:)

to minimise the calibration of the humidity sensors, so that we all can compare results, we made some standards. we are using Break Away Headers. they have 2,54 mm pin spacing and are gold plated. gold resists better :) before you apply the humidity sensors go to the pharmacy and buy a paper strip Ph tester. get the Ph value and insert it on the code. the humidity sensors contact should always be the same material, dimensions and area exposed. 5cm deep, near the plant
